A calm, collaborative approach to therapy.

I’m Alison O’Connor, a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience across hospital, community, and private practice settings.

I work with adults who are often capable and self-aware, but finding that ongoing stress, health concerns, or responsibilities are starting to take a toll.

Therapy offers a space to step out of that pattern — to understand what’s happening more clearly and find a way forward that feels manageable, meaningful, and sustainable.

My approach

My approach balances understanding and action.

Some sessions focus on making sense of patterns, how stress, emotions, and physical responses interaction. Others focus on developing strategies that help you respond differently in everyday life.

Most people benefit from a combination of both.

Therapy is adapted to you, not a fixed solution.

We work collaborative to find what the best fit is for you.
